T3: could this be the best version of Windows so far?

Having spent the last year digging into the technical depths of Windows 7, it was really interesting to refocus and write about it for a much more consumer audience; that's actually harder than going into the technical details because I have to justify calling it more stable without being able to explain the Fault Tolerant Heap and Min Win and process cloning and DWM memory allocation.
